ABAB and Alfa will continue under the name aaff. Whilst the merger between the two companies was finalized in the summer of 2024, the new name and branding will become visible to the public now. This means that both companies unite under the aaff banner.
The union of ABAB and Alfa creates a strong and distinctive new player in the market. The organizational structure of aaff is built on employee participation, aligning entrepreneurship with employment. This approach includes an employee equity plan.
